Our maintenance contracts are designed to resolve your computer problems before you put the phone down. We have realised that about 80% of all computer related problems can either be resolved over the phone or by one of our engineers taking control of your computer remotely. We have a range of products that allow us to repair these problems while you are talking to us.

What do you get?

Unlimited phone support
You can call at anytime, during normal working hours, with any computer related problem.

Remote problem solution
If we can not solve the problem over the phone we will take control of your computer remotely. This will enable you to see what we are doing. We will also connect if we need to see the way a fault is triggered.

No call out charge
If the fault is more serious or your internet connection is not working, we will not charge a call out fee. If we need to work on your computer in our workshop you will not be charged for pick up or delivery.
